Patrick was always a total professional. He was responsive to all questions and requests. He went out of his way to find us the most perfect home at a price point we had set at the onset. He was with us every step of the way making sure we were treated honestly and fairly.

Patrick walked us through the process. There were some hiccups regarding the roofing that the seller is responsible for, and Patrick was with us the whole time to get the matter resolved agreeably amongst all parties. Patrick was always available to us when we had questions.
